By registering on fachai178, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on fachai178. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your fachai178 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.

All financial transactions on fachai178 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and InstaPay are typically credited within 5–30 minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.
• fachai178 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fachai178 bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the fachai178 platform. Depositing funds without the intention to play, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or payment processing, is prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the fachai178 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically under 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• fachai178 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting supporting documentation to confirm identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 of these Terms. Winnings that have not met the required wagering threshold cannot be withdrawn until the conditions are satisfied.
• fachai178 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

fachai178 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered fachai178 players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Philippine-based players only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All bets placed on the fachai178 platform are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the fachai178 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation.
• fachai178 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fachai178 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on fachai178, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the platform.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void and will be removed from the player's account.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by fachai178.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fachai178 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the fachai178 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of fachai178 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fachai178 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the fachai178 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any fachai178 content.
• Use any fachai178 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fachai178 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on the platform.
• Losses resulting from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

fachai178's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fachai178 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds and winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification or investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their fachai178 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform fairness, fachai178 may refer the matter to the relevant game provider or an independent third-party adjudicator for review. The decision of such adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
